1) My sincere apologies for not being in touch with you since September! I’m well and happy, and have been kept afloat financially thanks to work in the local film industry. It’s been a very interesting year, AND I hope that you too are well and happy. 🙂

2) I legally married Kim, the Love of My Life, on winter solstice (Dec. 21st)! We’ll have a public declaration of our commitment to each other on summer solstice (June 21st of ’21).

3) Every Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM Pacific since August 12th, it’s been my great pleasure to create “Morning Musings” (via my Facebook page), a 10-15 minute offering which includes a musing, a new chant inspired by the musing, and some shared silence. If you haven’t already, I hope that you can join me for one/some/all of these offerings! (PLEASE NOTE: As of January 6th, the first Wednesday of the new year, Morning Musings will be offered an hour later at 10 AM Pacific.)

4) Master Chapman Stick player Greg Howard was kind enough to recently create a “Featured Artist” page of me, and it’s now on the Stick web site. BIG thanks to Greg and to all of the Stick players that he inspires with his playing and teaching!

5) Every December, I think about what my word/theme will be for the coming year. My word for 2020, inspired by my Camino pilgrimage in September and October of ’19, was FREEDOM. To deepen my commitment to freedom, my word/theme for 2021 will be SURRENDER.
