1) My EARLY morning walks continue (8.5 km, from 4:30 to 6:00 AM – !!!). As I walk, I synchronize my steps with my breathing and with EFT/tapping on my fingers; and, by the time I get home, I feel like a million bucks: happy, peaceful, centred, grounded, present, and ready for the day ahead.
I walk with my backpack on, which connects me to my experience of walking the Camino in 2019. My book about the Camino is coming along nicely; I’m distilling what I want to share in it, and I’m now clear that I want it to reflect how I thought and felt at the END of my trek across Spain. Stay tuned! 🙂

We continue to enjoy a lovely summer here in Vancouver, Canada – AND, may we soon get the rain that our beautiful province needs. My beloved Kim is in the middle of a 3-week vacation, and it’s wonderful to see my hard-working gal relax and enjoy her time off. While Covid remains a concern, we’ve been able to enjoy more time in person with friends and family.

2) Morning Musings – my weekly 15 minute offering which includes a musing, a new chant inspired by the musing, and some shared silence – continues (I’ve now created FIFTY chants!) and is now being carried on the New Thought Media Network. I’m excited about the opportunity to reach more people with my weekly offering, and I thank Rev. Robert Brzezinski for the opportunity. If you haven’t already, I hope that you can join me for one/some/all of these offerings! You can find the current one on my Facebook business page every Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM Pacific, or see any of them at any time on my YouTube channel.

Because my Morning Musings have been featuring original chants inspired by the 12 Powers of the Unity church, I’m now one of the musical artists on TwelvePowersClub.com I invite you to check out the Club and see all that’s being offered there.

I also continue to virtually serve spiritual communities in both Canada and the U.S., AND I have some live performances scheduled for August, as well as a return to in-person services at Unity of Vancouver in September! For up-to-date info on all of my performances, please visit my online calendar.

3) This month, I’ve been exploring UNDERSTANDING – an important part of my 2021 theme of SURRENDER, which is a deepening of my 2020 theme of FREEDOM. My chants have been about the power of understanding (including a prayer that it help us see like a child), offering understanding in loving service, being understood, and the oneness born out of understanding.

In honour of this month’s theme of UNDERSTANDING, this month’s video features “My Understanding Of Truth”, an original chant about the power of understanding (including a prayer that it help us see like a child), and was inspired by a Unity Church affirmation as well as quotes from Marie Curie and Douglas Adams. (The chant begins at 7:11 in this month’s video [above]). May it serve you well!
